PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 2012--
Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD), manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER®
consumer and specialty products, reported that the Board of
Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of twenty-four cents
($0.24) per share.
This quarterly dividend will be payable March 1, 2012 to stockholders of
record at the close of business on February 21, 2012. It is the
Company's 444TH regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
