Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Declares 446th Regular Quarterly Dividend
PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 2012--
Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE:CHD), manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER(R)
consumer and specialty products, reported that the Board of Directors
declared a regular quarterly dividend of twenty four cents ($0.24) per
share.
This quarterly dividend will be payable September 4, 2012 to
stockholders of record at the close of business on August 13, 2012. It
is the Company's 446th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
